The hostel will charge you for the first night of the reservation. This acts as a deposit and confirms the reservation. The remaining balance will be payable at the time of arrival.

IT IS REGRETTED THAT NO LIABILITY CAN BE ACCEPTED FOR THE PROPERTY OF CUSTOMERS.

Validity proof

Customers are not allowed to check in without valid ID Proof. Acacia Hostel will only accept three types of ID :

• Passport.
• Driving Licence.
• National Id card of the country.

Check In Time: 15.00 - 24.00
Check Out Time: 10.00

Breakfast Time:
07.30 am to 09.30 am ( Mon-Sat )
08.00 am to 10.00 am ( Sunday )

Reception remains closed between 24.00 to 7.00, Please check-in before 24.00, as check-in will not be allowed after that. Check-in after 24.00 will be taken only with prearrangements via Email, Door code will be given to customers, if help needed please ring hotel phone number, Receptionist is in premises if needed in an emergency or by prearrangement in the evening.

Check-in after 24.00 am has to be done with prior arrangements via email or phone.

PAYMENT on reservation at acacia hostel

Your online payment transaction is done via PayPal.

CANCELLATION POLICY of acacia hostel

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged for the first night if they cancel the stay in the 2 days before arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: For Group Booking Reservation must be cancelled before 4 weeks of the arrival date.

Late cancellation:

In the event of a no show, or a late cancellation with less than 48hrs notice prior to the date of arrival, one-night payment will be charged, and deposit will not be refunded back for regular bookings. For any group bookings cancellation is accepted only before 4 weeks of the check-in date.

No Responsible:

Acacia Hostel is not responsible for any loss due to changes in the exchange rate in case of cancellation or refunds.

MATCH-TICKET HOLDING SERVICE at acacia hostel

We do hold your match-ticket before your arrival. Please let us know in advance before sending the ticket; the name of the person addressed on the ticket as well as your arrival dates so that we can hold the tickets for you.

Children discount and extra bed policy at acacia hostel:

We will not charge anything for One Kid less than 5 years of age with Private Rooms Only if he/she is sharing the same bed with parents. However, any extra bed will be chargeable for £20/night. Only 1 extra bed is available for 1 room and has to be confirmed before the arrival, preferably at the time of booking for its availability.

Note: 1 Kid < 5 years is allowed free with Private Rooms Only if sharing the same bed.

Pets are not allowed in the hostel premises except for the guided dog.

Hostel does not have any lift.
